Guide
The conference will take place in Prague, heart of the Europe and the capital of the Czech Republic.
Venue is Top Hotel Praha. Large conference center which offers also accommodation and is situated in calm part of Prague and is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car.
On this site we will publish detailed instructions for transport to the conference as well as some tips for visiting our beautiful city Prague.

How to reach us
Dear participants of ITC 2017, we would like to give you here some basic information and several tips regarding how to get to the conference venue (TOP Hotel Praha) by taxi, public transport or car. We will start with the easier options and will continue down the page with the more complicated ones. At the very bottom of the page, you will find several tips for those of you who decided to stay longer and visit our beautiful city as tourists.
In an unlikely case that you got into real difficulties on your way through Prague aiming to reach the conference hotel, our volunteer Romana kindly agreed to provide a help line for you. She will be available in this role from Tuesday morning until the end of the conference in the times from 8:00 until 22:00 o'clock of the local time (GMT+2). Please call her only for advice regarding travel through Prague (not other conference agenda) and in the cases when you fail to solve your situation using the links and written information published below in this Guide. TAXI from Vaclav Havel Airport

It is about 40-minute ride to the Top Hotel Praha.
The prices are fixed, depending on your preference:
shared shuttle: 290 CZK/person (approx 11€, 13$),
private transfer: 590 CZK/car (approx 23€, 27$).
You can pay by card or cash (in CZK, EUR, GBP, USD, AUD, CAD, DKK, CHF, JPY, NOK, RUB, ILS or SEK).
TAXI from the Prague Main Train Station (Wilson Station)

It’s about 20 min ride to the Top Hotel Praha.
The prices are fixed:
private transfer: 390 CZK/car (approx 15€, 18$).
You can pay by card or cash (in CZK, EUR, GBP, USD, AUD, CAD, DKK, CHF, JPY, NOK, RUB, ILS or SEK).
PUBLIC TRANSPORT from the Main Train Station (Wilson Station)
There is no direct metro or train connection to the Top Hotel Praha. For the fastest public transport to the hotel, it is recommended to use the following connection from the metro station Hlavni nadrazi, which you can enter directly from the train station hall:
Metro C (red line): go from the station Hlavni nadrazi to the station Chodov, there get out of the metro and take the Bus 115 to the station Mestsky archiv, which is situated right in front of the main entrance to the Top Hotel Praha.
Duration: approx 27 minutes, price: 32 CZK (approx 1,2€, 1,45$)
First you need to purchase a bus ticket before travelling in the kiosk
“Metro-Tram-Bus Information” located in the left/north part of the train station main hall or at the ticket machines in front of the entrance to the metro station.
Note that if you are carrying any large pieces of luggage, you will need to purchase an additional half-price ticket (16 CZK).
Please note that if you are arriving after 12 p.m., you might not be able to travel by public transport, as the last metro from the Main Train Station departs at 0:21 a.m. After this time, travel by public transport is only possible using an extremely complicated combination of night busses and night trams.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT from Vaclav Havel Airport
Unfortunately there is no direct metro or train connection to the Top Hotel Praha.
For the fastest public transport to the hotel is recommended to use following connection from the bus stops in front of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2:
Take the Bus 119 to the final stop – Nadrazi Veleslavin. From there, take the
Metro A (green line) to the station Mustek, where you change lines to
Metro B (yellow line) and go from Mustek to Florenc, where you change lines to
Metro C (red line) and go from Florenc to Chodov there get out of the metro and take the Bus 115 to the station Mestsky archiv, which is situated right in front of the main entrance to the Top Hotel Praha.
Duration: approx 75 minutes, price: 32 CZK (approx 1,2€, 1,45$)

Please note that if you are arriving after 11 p.m., you might not be able to travel by public transport, as the last public bus departs from the airport at around 11.40 p.m. After this time, travel by public transport is only possible using an extremely complicated combination of night busses and night trams (the metro does not operate after midnight).

By car
In the direction from Brno, from the D1 highway: exit 1 – in the direction to Spořilov – Türkova street – go straight at the traffic lights – turn right after 80 metres into the Klapálkova street – turn into the first street on the right – TOP HOTEL Praha
From other directions: arriving from the Southern connector, Spořilov exit – go up the Spořilovská street, Chodov exit – turn right at the first traffic lights in the direction of the Türkova street and immediately to the left at the second traffic lights – into the Klapálkova street – turn into the first street on the right – TOP HOTEL Praha
