Track: Holotropic Art as an Expression of Inner Process
Workshop: Trans-art workshop
This workshop is provided for those who like visual arts and music. The participants do not need any preliminary artistic skills or abilities, as true artistic creation is available to everyone and is always realized in an altered state of consciousness. Art has been used in healing ceremonies and rituals since ancient times, it serves for transmission of information in a coded form. Both the artwork creation process, and its final product can be healing in a wide variety of levels. It releases fears and helps to connect with the true self. Art is a universal meeting place of our internal and external world.
After a short meditation, in a light trance we will paint our emotions and feelings without judgment, and enjoy the creative process with our body and soul. If possible (if there is an appropriate wall at the Conference place), we can create an exhibition from our artworks.
