"Pneumatic" Experience in the Transpersonal World
During a transpersonal experience your consciousness is enhanced, and your analytical abilities, intuition, and understanding, are greater than what is in your ordinary life. This allows you to access a space where you can transcend suffering and trauma, and forgive yourself and others. From the perspective of the Pneuma System, there is a Spiritual Principle in every human being called the Essence, Monad, or Consciousness, whose characteristics, qualities, values, and virtues have been lost owing to the fact that it is oppressed by the ego. There are many egos in different regions of our psyche that have trapped fragments of our Essence. In a practice that leads us to transpersonal spaces such as Pneumatic experiences, the ego actually dies temporarily. This allows our Essence, which is conditioned, to unite with the small percentage of free Essence that we all have, thus reinforcing it and amplifying our state of Consciousness. This allows us to perceive reality in a different way and observe situations not from a minimum state of awareness, but from a higher level. We can look at things from different points of view, either from a very basic Essence, or from a more enriched one. In the latter, our comprehension level becomes so large, that it enables us to understand the reasons why we are living a problem, and the causes of a state of shock, depression, etc. There are multiple ways through which we can access these types of experiences, and there are many transpersonal territories we can move around during a Pneumatic experience. It is essential to know these maps so that we can orientate ourselves in these spaces. But the fundamental aspect that we should understand and never forget is that this process is guided by an Intelligence and our intention must be to get in touch with it.
Workshop: Pneuma Breathwork. Amplified States of Consciousness applied to your development
The importance of the breath, as a connecting element between the macro and microcosmos was widely described in all traditions of the planet. Thus is reflected in the choice of the word "Pneuma" used to qualify the breathing practice of Pneuma System to access to amplified state of consciousness. Pneuma, in Greek, meens not only Breath but also Spirit to indicate that "God is Breathable"
Pneuma Breathwork is a revolutionary, deep and easy to do practice that leads naturally to extraordinary or transpersonal states. These states allow for the exploration of the most subtle and refined internal dimensions of the psyche. The goal is to open our perception to the deepest and most unknown contents of the psyche so as to connect with our spiritual essence and inner peace leading in this way to the gradual of our life. It is accompanied by a particular musical sequence with intention and focused attention, makes it possible for us to investigate pre-conscious and unconscious aspects within us with an infinite variety of possible experiences, ranging from those of a physical/energetic nature, to emotional release, to the understanding of unresolved issue pertaining to our personal history or even the direct experience of the transpersonal or spiritual reality: karma, dharma, reincarnation and past lives, multidimensionality of the universe, ecstatic experiences and deep connection, etc, which can provide understanding and the transcendence of states of suffering
Juan Ruiz Naupari is a psychologist and the creator of the "Pneuma System", a new Transpersonal perspective based in the comparative study of the ancient spiritual traditions of the planet. This system of self-knowledge includes Pneuma Breathwork, a powerful, safe, and simple practice which opens the way to Amplified States of Consciousness. For more than 30 years, he has studied transpersonal states and their application within both a therapeutic and human developmental context through imparting seminars and supporting the inner process of his students across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Currently, he dedicates more than 500 hours a year to giving workshops, seminars, and conferences internationally. He currently offers training in "Analysis and Pneuma Breathwork" internationally, and in "Pneuma System Therapy" in Bucharest and Timisoara, which is organized and accredited by the European and Romanian Associations of Transpersonal Psychology.
