Practical Application of Gardner Theory with an Emphasis on the Use of Holotropic Breathwork in Water
I would like to share with you my thirty-year experience in the field of psychiatry and work with extraordinary states of consciousness, and treatment of spiritual emergency, crisis situations, and addictions.
Our Center applies the theory of multiple intelligences of professor Gardner, which is widely known. The one that has been emphasized recently is spiritual intelligence. This spiritual intelligence is mentioned, of course, even in the work of Stanislav Grof, who speaks of an inner healer, of some sort of inner wisdom that is stored in us and can heal us. Within this spiritual intelligence, I focus on the Holotropic breathwork and especially on Holotropic breathwork in the water.
My entire 20-year study of Holotropic breathwork in water has shown that people who work with this technique will better emerge their unconscious experiences that deserve attention. Water is becoming, next to the breath, the second very important accelerator of intrapsychic processes.
In my research, I have not only verified Grof's teachings, but also the effectiveness of Holotropic Breathwork enhanced by a water element.
